The Binibining Pilipinas 2025 queens brought beauty, grace, and a powerful message to the 2025 #GirlsCan Campaign gathering on August 19, organized by World Vision Philippines in partnership with PAGEONE Group. Their presence highlighted the role of public figures in using their platforms to inspire change and advocate for education and empowerment for Filipino girls.

The event brought together advocates, partners, and influencers to celebrate milestones in World Vision’s #GirlsCan movement, which continues to provide vulnerable girls with access to quality education, mentorship, and opportunities.

Among the speakers were Katrina Anne Johnson (Binibining Pilipinas International 2025) and Dalia Varde Khattab (Binibining Pilipinas 2025 1st Runner-up). Each queen expressed their solidarity with the campaign, underscoring how empowering girls uplifts families and strengthens communities.

Katrina Anne Johnson shared an impassioned statement:

“Campaigns like this [#GirlsCan] are so important because, of course, when we invest in our girls, we’re showing them their voices matter and their dreams bear weight, and most of all that girls truly can.”

Dalia Varde Khattab spoke about the importance of visibility and representation:

“I truly hope that with more collaboration, we could bring this conversation face to face to little girls who deserve to hear. Because it’s one thing to talk about women, about empowering women, but it’s another thing to look at a little girl and tell her that you can be a leader.”

The queens’ participation drew praise from PAGEONE Group President Vonj Tingson, who noted that their voices help amplify the movement’s message and encourage more people to take action, strengthening the advocacy shared between PAGEONE and World Vision.

The afternoon also featured messages from World Vision leaders, a special video collaboration with PAGEONE and Wildfyre bloggers, and moving testimonies of how sponsorships have changed the lives of girls in vulnerable communities.

Through this collaboration, PAGEONE and World Vision continue to prove that when advocates from all walks of life come together, from corporate leaders to beauty queens, the message of empowerment resonates stronger and farther than ever before.
