This campaign comes in response to growing concerns about the mental health challenges faced by young Filipinos in the digital age.

In the Philippines, mental health has often been a topic shrouded in stigma, particularly among the youth. The #AnonymouslyYours campaign aims to combat this by creating a safe, anonymous space where participants can share their innermost thoughts and feelings without fear. Posts will be moderated to ensure that violent or harmful reactions are filtered out, ensuring a supportive and understanding community. By offering this platform, BrandPlay hopes to encourage openness, reduce stigma, and foster a culture of empathy among young people.

According to the Department of Health (DOH), mental health issues have been on the rise, especially among young people. The National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) reported a significant increase in the number of mental health-related calls and consultations since the start of the pandemic. This highlights the urgent need for initiatives that provide young people with spaces to talk about their struggles in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
