The annual Intercollegiate Marketing Week, organized by the PUP Junior Marketing Executives, is set to ignite the marketing landscape from March 3rd to 17th, 2025. This two- week celebration goes beyond typical student events, aiming to propel local marketing brilliance onto the global stage!

The core mission of GALLANT is to empower students with the essential skills and experiences needed to thrive in the interconnected world of marketing. This is achieved through a dynamic blend of academic and non-academic activities, fostering a robust learning environment. The academic events includes:

    • RHETORICA: The Warfare of Wits, a debate competition honing persuasive skills;
    • GENOVATE: Mastering the Art of Strategic Thinking, a strategic creativity and planning
      challenge;
    • TRIVIAX: The Knowledge Gauntlet, a comprehensive marketing trivia contest.

Beyond academic activities, GALLANT offers engaging non-academic ACTIVITIES designed to stimulate creativity and teamwork. Participants can showcase their visual storytelling abilities in the following:

  • GILDED ARCHES: Masterpieces in Motion, a parade celebrating creativity, beauty, and talent.
  • CHARIOT OF VICTORY: Race for Olympus, a teamwork competition that tests problem- solving skills and endurance through a mix of ancient and modern games.
  • GALVANIZE: Igniting Creative Sparks, enhancing creative skills in video content creation.

A significant aspect of GALLANT is its commitment to bridging the gap between local and international marketing talent. This year, the event marks a milestone with the UMBC University of Malaya business club from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, joining as PUP JME’s FIRST INTERNATIONAL PARTNER SCHOOL. This collaboration underscores GALLANT’s expanding global reach and commitment to fostering cross-cultural partnerships.

The culminating event, the grand finale, will be held at the PUP Theater, College of Communication Building, on March 17th, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This event will serve as a platform to showcase the participants’ achievements and provide invaluable networking opportunities with industry professionals.
